The Chuck Allen Real Estate Team includes Rex Smith, Kelly Flannery, Rick Stiefel, Lydia Medrano and Chuck Allen as well as a number of business partners including Chicago Title, Leader Escrow and Wells Fargo Home Finance.

I'm the Broker, Owner of the Chuck Allen Real Estate Co. I have been a resident of Fullerton since 1977 and I'm actively involved in a number of Southern California Community Organizations including past president of the board of directors of the Fullerton College Foundation and a volunteer for The North Orange County YWCA, the City of Hope LPGA Tournament and Designated Drivers of Orange County. My two daughters (Jennifer and Kathleen) attended Sunset Lane and Laguna Road Elementary Schools, Parks Junior High School, Sunny Hills High School and Rosary High School.  

I have over 30 years of Information Technology and management experience with a number of local companies including Hughes Aircraft, TRW, Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power, Union Bank of California and Southern California Edison. 

I have extensive experience in the North Orange County Real Estate Market as a real estate agent and broker, homeowner, business owner, investor and partner in a number of real estate ventures. 

I'm a member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors (Orange and Los Angeles Counties) and the Tri-Counties Association of Realtors (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and the San Gabriel Valley) as well as the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
